USDG
Trades go straight from your wallet through the XCORP router. Pay in USDG or ETH; ETH takes one extra hop through the chain's ETH/USDG pool, in the same transaction. Fills accept up to 1% below the quote.

Where the 3% goes

Every XCORP trade, either directionThe pool charges 3% on the way in. No hook, so Robinhood's own router and every aggregator trade it like any other pool.
Collected by Bucket's keeper, every few minutesAll of the liquidity is one locked position the keeper owns. Fees paid in XCORP are sold back into the pool first, so both sides feed the same split.
1.5% to BUCKET holdersSwapped to ETH into Bucket's Treasury, paid out as stock Drops. Holding BUCKET means XCORP volume pays you.paid out through Bucket Drops
1.5% into the vaultBuys TSLA and SPCX at the launch ratio and deposits them into the XCORP contract. The floor under every token rises.
The keeper runs every 15 minutes, once at least $5 of fees are waiting. Every cycle is a transaction you can read on the explorer.

The vault

$0
in TSLA and SPCX, held by the token contract itself. Every XCORP is a pro-rata claim on it, redeemable any time. Nothing can take it out except redemption: no owner, no sweep, no pause.

Anyone can add backing with deposit() or a plain transfer of TSLA or SPCX to the contract. Redemptions burn XCORP, so the float only shrinks and backing per token only rises. When the price ever falls under the floor, redeeming beats selling, and that is what holds the floor.

How it works

1
Buy XCORP with USDG or ETHOne transaction through the XCORP router, or straight from the Robinhood app and any aggregator. The pool is a plain Uniswap v4 pool with 94% of the float locked in it forever.
2
Every trade grows the vault and pays BUCKET holders3% on every trade: half buys TSLA and SPCX into the vault behind your XCORP, half goes to BUCKET holders as stock Drops. Sells feed it too.
3
Sell to the pool, or redeem for the stocksRedeem burns your XCORP and hands you your share of the TSLA and SPCX in the vault. No permission, no pause, no admin key exists.
Why is the float 23,415,502,097?

13.571B SPCX shares plus 9.844B new shares issued to Tesla holders at 2.49 SPCX per TSLA, the exchange ratio their market caps imply. It is the share count a real merger would have, with SpaceX as the surviving company. Nothing can ever mint more.

Why 42 / 58?

Tesla and SpaceX by market cap on launch day. The vault is seeded at that ratio and every fee purchase keeps it, so one XCORP is always a slice of both companies in the proportion the merger would carry.

Why USDG and not ETH?

Robinhood Chain runs on USDG: it is what people hold there and what the stock tokens trade against, and over half of the chain's swaps happen on USDG pools. A stock bundle should be priced in dollars, and the fee-to-stock purchases are one hop. If you hold ETH, the router takes it in the same transaction.

Why a 3% pool fee and no hook?

Hooked pools get skipped by Robinhood's own router, which is where most retail flow comes from. A plain pool with the fee set to 3% is routable by everyone, and the fee lands with the locked position that Bucket's keeper collects. The pool is open, so other people can add liquidity and earn a share of that fee; at launch the locked position is the only liquidity.

What does the floor mean?

Backing per token is what one XCORP redeems for today. It sits under the price, not at it: the vault starts small and grows with every trade. If the market price ever drops below it, redeeming pays more than selling, which is the floor doing its job.

Who gets what?

Founder: 6% of the float, minted once at launch to a public wallet. Bucket: 1.5% of every trade, into the Treasury that pays BUCKET holders. XCORP holders: the other 1.5% as vault backing, plus the redeemable claim. Nobody: there is no admin, no mint, no fee switch.

What are the risks?

The price is a market and can fall to the floor or below it before arbitrage catches up. The vault holds Robinhood's tokenized stocks, so it carries their issuer and market risk, and the pool is thin at launch, so trades move the price. This is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. or Space Exploration Technologies Corp.
